How payment actually works

Direct bookings run through our Guesty-powered booking pages — the reservation system professional operators use — with card payment and written confirmation of dates, villa and what's included. We never ask for a plain bank transfer to a personal account. Before anything is paid, you can talk to the team on WhatsApp and ask as much as you like.

How do I avoid Bali villa scams?
Verify across channels: consistent reviews on Google and Airbnb, an Instagram with history, the villa findable on Google Maps, and a payment link that runs on a booking platform (ours run on Guesty). If someone hurries you into a plain bank transfer, walk away.
Is booking direct cheaper?
Usually 10–17% cheaper for the same dates, because platform service fees don't apply. Direct is also where flexible requests — early check-in, long-stay rates, a chef night — actually get said yes to.
