in Seseh, Canggu & Uluwatu

Seven architect-designed private-pool villas on Bali's two quiet coasts — three in Seseh, one in Canggu, four in Uluwatu — built by Casa Living Bali, a developer with 50+ villas delivered, and run day to day by professional managers. Every villa can be booked direct: same villa, same team, no platform commission in the price.

Pick your coast first, then the villa

Bali's villa areas feel very different from one another. Our villas sit in three of them, each for a different kind of trip.

Seseh — quiet black-sand coast

Rice fields, a village beach and almost no traffic, 15 minutes north of Canggu. For families, groups and anyone who wants the island without the crowd. Seseh area guide →

Canggu — cafés, surf, coworking

Bali's busiest social scene. Our villa sits on the quieter Babakan side: a short ride to the beach clubs, a quiet lane to come home to. Canggu area guide →

Uluwatu — white-sand coves and cliffs

The Bukit's surf coast: Padang Padang, Thomas Beach, Bingin, clifftop sunsets and the driest weather on the island. Uluwatu area guide →

Same standard everywhere — private pool, ensuite bedrooms, housekeeping. The differences are the coast, the size and the view.

Choosing well

How to choose a villa in Bali

Most disappointing villa stays in Bali come down to three mistakes: the wrong area for the trip, a pool that is smaller than the photos, and a booking made through a listing nobody answers. Here is how to avoid all three.

1. Match the coast to the trip

Bali is not one place. The southwest coast (Seseh, Canggu, Pererenan) is rice fields, black sand and the island's café culture; the Bukit (Uluwatu) is limestone cliffs, white-sand coves and world-class surf. A honeymoon, a family week and a month of remote work each point to a different coast. Our where-to-stay guide and the Seseh or Uluwatu? comparison walk through it in detail.

2. Check the pool, not just the word "pool"

"Private pool" covers everything from a two-metre plunge pool to a full infinity pool. Ask for the pool dimensions, whether it is heated (it rarely needs to be), and whether it is fenced if you travel with toddlers. Our guide to private-pool villas in Bali and the plunge vs full pool comparison explain what to look for. All seven villas above have full-size pools; the Padang Padang villas add a rooftop plunge pool on top.

3. Villa or hotel, and for how long

For two people on a three-night trip, a good hotel is often the better call. From four nights, or from three people up, a villa with its own pool, kitchen and daily housekeeping usually wins on both space and cost per person. The hotel-or-villa guide lays out the trade-offs. Staying a month or longer changes the maths again — see monthly and long-stay villas.

4. Book direct, but verify who you are booking with

Booking direct removes the platform commission from your price and puts you in touch with the people who actually run the villa. It also means you should check who they are. Our book-direct page shows exactly who you are paying, how payment works through Guesty's secure checkout, and how to verify us in five minutes; the guide is booking a Bali villa direct safe? covers the general checks for any villa.

Staying a month or longer?

Every villa here takes long stays, and Seseh and Uluwatu are two of the calmest places on the island to base yourself for a season. We quote monthly and seasonal rates directly.

FAQ

Bali villas, answered

Which area of Bali is best for a villa stay?
It depends on the trip. Seseh suits families, groups and anyone who wants quiet: a village beach, rice fields and Canggu's cafés 15 minutes away. Canggu suits couples and remote workers who want the social scene on the doorstep. Uluwatu suits surfers, sunset-chasers and anyone who wants white sand and the driest weather on the island. Our villas cover all three, so you can choose by trip rather than by whatever happens to be available.
Is it safe to book a Bali villa directly instead of through Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes, if you know who you are paying. Our direct bookings run through Guesty's secure checkout, the booking system our managers use across all their villas, and every villa is run by a professional operator (BaliSuperHost in Seseh and Canggu, Balinest Villas in Uluwatu). You can verify us through our Google Business Profiles, the guest reviews on Google and Airbnb, and the details on our book-direct page.
Do the villas come with staff?
Every villa includes daily housekeeping and a villa manager reachable on WhatsApp before and during your stay. A private chef, in-villa massage, airport transfers and drivers can be arranged on request — see private chefs in a Bali villa for how that works.
Are the villas suitable for families with young children?
Yes. Casa Infinity's 3-bedroom villas and Damira Villa in Padang Padang are the most family-friendly, with space for six. Ask about cots and high chairs when you enquire. Note that most private pools in Bali are unfenced; our guide to Bali with toddlers covers pool safety and what to ask for.
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. All seven villas take monthly and seasonal stays, at direct rates that are quoted per enquiry rather than shown on a nightly calendar. Tell us your dates on the long-stay page and we will come back with a quote.
Can I buy one of these villas?
One villa at Casa Infinity Seseh is currently available to own on a leasehold basis, fully operating with its rental history. Details are on the Casa Infinity ownership page; the guide to buying a leasehold villa in Bali explains how leasehold works for foreign buyers.
