Home › Guides › Group Stays: Book the Whole Compound
Groups · Updated July 2026 · by Casa Living Bali
Big-group Bali usually means one mega-villa with a corridor of bedrooms and one overworked pool. There's a better shape: three neighbouring villas taken together — everyone gets their own pool, kitchen and morning silence, and dinner brings the whole tribe to one table.
The compound model
Casa Infinity Seseh is three architect-designed 3-bedroom villas side by side, 300 metres from Seseh Beach. Booked together they become a private compound: 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 3 ocean-view infinity pools, 3 full kitchens, sleeping up to 18. Families get privacy between branches; friend groups get a pool each; nobody argues over the good bedroom because there are three of them.
Who it fits
Multi-generation family reunions (grandparents get a quiet villa, kids get a loud one); milestone birthdays and anniversaries; small company off-sites and creative retreats; wedding-adjacent gatherings — the family-and-friends week around a ceremony held elsewhere. For sit-down events beyond the household scale, we'll be honest: a dedicated event villa serves 50+ guests better. For groups of 8–18 living well together, the compound shape wins.
Group logistics, handled
One manager coordinates all three villas: airport convoy pickups, grocery pre-stocking ×3, a private chef cooking one long-table dinner in whichever villa wins the vote, in-villa massage rotations, surf lessons for the teenagers, and a driver on retainer for day trips. The village location helps groups more than most: quiet enough that nobody's hungover neighbour complains, ten minutes from Pererenan when the group wants a restaurant night. Food options →

Frequently asked questions
How many people can Casa Infinity host as a compound?
Up to 18 across three 3-bedroom villas — nine bedrooms and three private pools, side by side, 300m from Seseh Beach.
Can we hold an event or wedding at the compound?
It suits gatherings at household scale — long-table chef dinners, celebrations among the group. For seated events of 50+, a dedicated event venue is the honest recommendation.
Is booking three villas together cheaper?
Compound bookings quote a combined direct rate below the sum of the three villas — enquire with dates for exact pricing.
How are the nine bedrooms arranged across the three villas?
As three self-contained houses, not one big block. Each villa has three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living pavilion and its own infinity pool, taking up to six guests — nine bedrooms and eighteen guests across the compound. Bedrooms are doubles rather than bunk rooms, so three couples fit neatly into one villa and a family of four has room to spare. If you need an extra bed or a cot in a room, ask before booking so we can confirm what each villa can take.
Can we book only two of the three villas?
Yes — one, two or all three, depending on the calendar. Two villas give you six bedrooms and up to twelve guests, still side by side with a pool each. Availability is the real constraint rather than any policy: the villas also sell individually, so groups wanting the whole compound in July, August or over Christmas should ask three or more months ahead. Send dates and headcount in one message and we will check all three calendars in one reply.
How do groups usually split the cost between families?
Most groups nominate one lead booker who holds the reservation, then settle up among themselves afterwards. Splitting per villa is the cleanest maths here because the three are equivalent — three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool each — so nobody pays more for the better room. Groups who prefer to split per person usually put the shared extras such as chef dinners, drivers and grocery stocking into one kitty and divide at the end. We quote the compound as a single total with add-ons listed separately, precisely so that arithmetic stays simple.
Can we bring in a DJ, a caterer or party suppliers?
Anything beyond a household dinner has to be confirmed with our team before you book — it is never automatic, and leaving it to sort out on arrival is how group trips go wrong. Private chefs, long-table dinners, in-villa massage and cake deliveries are routine and easy to arrange. Amplified music is the sensitive one: village life here runs on the local banjar's rules, and curfews around 10 or 11pm are normal on this coast. Vendor vans also need lane access and somewhere to park, so tell us the headcount and the setup you have in mind and we will say plainly what is possible.
